It is not a question here of teaching a course on any national legislation. If this exercise is interesting and deserves amply specialized publications for each country, it is necessary to become aware of the ephemeral nature of such a document. Indeed, legislation can be something highly moving and statements and texts can be made obsolete overnight by the publication of a new legislative text. Considering this, keep in mind that an author on such a subject can hardly be informed of all developments (or legislative work in progress) in real time, no matter how hard he tries.
